Hairspray

Hello everybody, this post   will be about a play named "Hairspray". I know that it's been filmed and John Travolta did a good job in that film.

So on 30 July my family took us to the play. The play was excellent.  In the play a girl - Tracy Turnblad and black people weren't allowed to participate in tv show because of their view but one day Tracy got a role and she began to help black people. The play is about how they stand against the segregation and became successful at the end.
I liked the play because:
• It was about one of the biggest problems in the past
• It was about racial segregation, as I am taught lessons this helped me to have imagination about the problem.
• Musics were excellent
• Actors/actresses were excellent and they sang very well. I can say I was almost shocked when Mr.Andrew told us that they're just volunteers!
• The eldest of children- Grace was also one of the actresses. My family is very talented. :)

After the play we went to eat ice-cream and then Mr.Andrew took us to CCRH.Though I was tired a lot I had a great time.
Thanks Mr.Andrew and Mrs.Beth for taking us such a great play and also for the ice-cream.
